Camping Le Marqueval

An agreement means nothing here. What a terrible experience. We called in advance and were guaranteed that there were still two spots available. Despite our agreed arrival time (between 14:00 and 15:00), the campsite was packed after a 400 km drive. The only 'solution' was a terrible spot at the back. Customer friendliness and reliability are nowhere to be found here.

Very friendly welcome, pitches are okay, the sanitary facilities are so-so 😰 All this for the ACSI price is okay.

What's with those French campsites? Mostly new sanitary facilities, but cleaning is done in a very sloppy way. :( And why don't you have a toilet seat or paper? A bit of a shame, otherwise it's a lively campsite. We had to pay €37 per night for two people.
