Camping Le Gibanel

Nice place to stay for 2 days. Stood in a beautiful spot on the Dordogne river. Lovely, clean pool, lots of sun loungers around. Sanitary facilities all present, but outdated. We paid € 70, = for 2 nights on the waterfront, incl. electricity.

what a beautiful picture, but from a distance, when you get to the campsite itself everything is very disappointing. very outdated and dirty toilet building, more than 200 camping pitches that are very small, of which 2 places were occupied, we had booked and added extra for a place directly on the river for 40 euros, which afterwards was not necessary because there was plenty of room staff was friendly, swimming pool was okay, but for the rest.......not recommended
