Chateau Combelongue

We were there in October and the people were really nice. We had a glass of wine in a barn. It was very pleasant. We were the only ones there; a Dutch couple and a few other French people also showed up. With Google Translate, it was very pleasant. The winemaker filled the glasses on time. Definitely worth repeating.

A beautiful spot to spend the night, Michel and Micheline are lovely people who were very welcoming. we were invited to a wine tasting, we couldn’t speak French and they couldn’t speak English, but somehow we muddled through and had a good time, we brought 2 bottles of red wine which was excellent.

Very nice people the winegrower and his wife. They received us so warmly. No costs for standing, but a wine tasting where we bought a few bottles. recommended for a night on the road.
