This is indeed a parking for a maximum of 2 hours. Just enough to get to the castle. So do NOT spend the night.

you can now only park here for 2 hours to visit the city. overnight stay prohibited.

Along N21 this is a perfect place if you are tired and have to go to sleep !!! You are standing between the trucks and buses. Obviously sound from the not so busy N21. For large motorhomes a solution for smaller ones, there are enough CPs on this road where it is better.
