The barrier was jammed; we had to force it open. To load water, you need a double male coupling. Upon leaving the campsite, the barrier refused to open again. We called the service line, but as soon as you ask for an English-speaking representative, the connection is cut off. Finally, after calling back 5 times, we were helped by an English-speaking representative who spoke poor English.

What an undeserved negative reaction (9 euros too expensive!) You have no idea of the costs for, in our opinion, a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained site. Which will have to be paid for one way or another. In my opinion, you belong to the frugal Dutch people who only look at themselves and want to have a ringside seat everywhere for a dime.
