We can welcome you in our garden, a wild area typical of the Causses du Lot in the middle of a small wood, where our cats and chickens roam freely. At night we can hear the nightjar, little owl and other nocturnal animals. The road which borders the land on one side has little traffic. We are not bothered by the noise. We are in the black triangle where it is possible to clearly see the Milky Way. Ideal setting for nature lovers! Activities I live near the most beautiful village in France: St cirq lapopie (10 km), near the Pech Merle cave with its magnificent rock paintings and the Lot and Célé valleys where most of the villages are worth the detour: cliffs, troglodyte houses, castles including the castle of Cénevières which can be visited 6km away.... Several dolmens are nearby, including one just behind the house. Walks and hikes can be done from the house. There are many options in the area for caving, canoeing, climbing, ziplining, via ferrata, horseback riding, pedal boats... An outdoor municipal swimming pool 5 minutes by car, otherwise the river 10 minutes away. Numerous offers of concerts, festivals and cultural evenings during the summer. 4km away, you will find: supermarket, post office, bar, several restaurants and a large market on Sunday morning. Other remarks: To come to us, it is best to enjoy the company of cats and chickens. Possible access to a trampoline, a slackline, a cabin and a mini slide under the responsibility of the adults accompanying the children. In the event of a storm, it will be possible to take shelter.
