prima plek om de stad te bezoeken. let op er is ook een toilet bij de parkeerplaats voor auto’s en ook een bij de begraafplaats naast de burcht. 

A great place to explore the city. Note that there's also a restroom near the parking lot and one at the cemetery next to the castle.

Noi abbiamo passato anche la notte, eravamo circa 20 mezzi.
Nottata tranquilla, e sicura.
arrivati alle 18,30 e ripartito il giorno dopo alle 13,30 (la notte dalle 20 alle 8 è gratuito) speso 11 euro.

Quiet parking, reserved for campers.
We also spent the night; there were about 20 of us.
A quiet and safe night.
We arrived at 6:30 PM and left the next day at 1:30 PM (nights from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM are free), spending 11 euros.

p1 Perfect om te parkeren voor bezoek aan het prachtige Carcassonne. In omgeving konden we geen plek meer vinden dus ook op P1 geslapen met zeker 60 andere campers. Formeel mag t niet volgens mij maar geen last gehad. 

p1 Perfect to park for visiting the beautiful Carcassonne. In the area we could not find a place anymore so we also slept on P1 with at least 60 other campers. Formally it is not allowed I think but no problems.
