Camping La Vacance Pène Blanche

We stayed here for two days and really enjoyed it. Friendly, English-speaking staff at the reception, lovely spacious pitches. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated, but adequate and clean, and they're heated. The campsite restaurant is excellent, but there are also restaurants within walking distance, as well as a small supermarket. We paid €19.60 per night with ACSI.

On the question to Mrs. at reception if we could get a place she asked pointing to our camper if it was ours, they confirm this that it was too big and there was no more room. However, we had already been looking and there were still some places where we could stand and to our surprise, a Frenchman with an even larger camper was allowed to look for a place, this is what I call chauvinism, very unfortunate 👎
