A campervan or caravan can park in the enclosed parking area of my villa. The floor is paved - access to water, electricity, and the possibility of emptying cassettes. Located halfway between Marseillan town - all amenities - and Marseillan beach - all leisure activities - (cycle path nearby). The following services are available to you depending on the season: Access to the private swimming pool with beach, outdoor shower, barbecue (fires prohibited outside the barbecue) Eco-friendly pets welcome. Pricing: Pricing varies depending on the period (use of the swimming pool) from €30 or €40 based on the presence of 2 adults + 2 children. For any additional person or child a supplement of €10 will be requested. The house is also a BED AND BREAKFAST. Located halfway between Marseillan town -2.4km- and Marseillan beach- 3km-, access to these two places by cycle path. Bordered by oleanders offering a shaded area. Activities All sea, leisure, cultural activities, numerous festive activities in the towns of Marseillan and Cap d'Agde -- access by cycle paths - Bagnas observation area 300 meters away - Other remarks My house also has a guest room for a family with two children - for a fee - I can advise you on all the activities and leisure activities in our village.
