Aire de Camping-Car - St. Cirq Lapopie

What a beautiful place!! When you drive up to the camper pitches, you can turn left for pitches under the trees; to the right are the pitches by the water. Five stars because the location is fantastic. No facilities (available); a ribbon has now been put up so you cannot access them. Payment at the post is €12. Highly recommended. The village of Cirq-Lapopie is also very beautiful. We drove up with the camper and parked at P5.

Nice campsite, but no possibility to empty your waste. And if you look closely, you will find the tap to take water. So €12 is too much.

As a campervan site, you can't expect much more. No strictly lined-up pitches, just find your own spot. It's close to the Lot River. If you enjoy walking, you'll find plenty to enjoy here, although the historic village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie is a steep climb. You can also find a paid parking spot before or after the village. What a wonderful village/town.
