unfortunately! gem of a place but poorly cleaned and maintained. we fled after one night. most difficult problem: you have to empty your toilet cassette in the public toilet in the village. uh?? that heavy thing? the reception lady didn't see the problem...
New owners since 3 years. 5 stars! Beautiful location on the river where you can swim + next to a super nice village, nice people, good value for money, clean and some extras: swimming pool and play equipment for kids. Bread service available for delicious baguettes and croissants. And recently there is a very small shop in the village where you can buy vegetables, pasta, bread and toiletries. Previously, one had to drive 25 minutes.
lees meerUnfortunately I cannot agree with the other reviews. The owners (English) have invested in a beautiful inviting website, but that's about it. Dilapidated and unkempt is our verdict. For example, 75% of the lamps in the (very outdated) sanitary facilities did not work.
