Camping-Caravaning du Château

We went to this campsite based on other reviews. We were disappointed. The sanitary facilities were not kept clean during the day, even though the campsite was full. Only one small building was open; the other was closed. We paid 55 euros per night for 4 people and electricity, which is too much for this campsite compared to others on the Opal Coast.

Great campsite. Neatly maintained and excellent, clean sanitary facilities. However, located on a busy road. A lot of road noise.

Operated by an older couple. The name is somewhat misleading, as the castle is a 20-minute bike ride away. Close to the supermarket. Camping pitches are fairly small and a bit gloomy due to hedges that are too high and urgently need trimming. Sanitary facilities were outdated but good. The campsite could use some maintenance.
