The land for you is located behind the house. Accessed through a large gate at the back. The flat ground is quite narrow but then you have access to a wide space slightly sloping. My neighbor's chickens are used to crossing it, so don't let that bother you... I can provide you with electricity with an extension cord. There is a water tap in the garden which is accessible to you. For the toilets, when I am there, of course except at night, I open my door for you. Breakfasts are possible for an extra charge, I make you discover the local brioche that I took a long time to select for you, the jams are home made. I also have a guest room for 3 people on the spot. Old renovated farmhouse in a quiet place, 20km from Sables d'Olonne. Located in a dead end street, there is very little traffic... tractors sometimes depending on the season. The land for you is located at the back of my house, almost not overlooked depending on the vegetation due to the seasons. The activities There are walking paths on the spot. They are the paths of remembrement between the fields, but they also wind through small woods. You are 20 minutes from Sables d'Olonne and about 30 minutes from St Gilles Croix de Vie. The Puy du Fou is 1 hour away. Many amusement parks in the summer in the surroundings. Other things I have a small field of 3500m² at 200m where you can park your animals (horse, donkey) by bringing a removable fence (there is a vegetable garden and fruit trees in the field). You can also settle there if you prefer but the sanitary facilities are at my place and there is neither water nor electricity in the field.
