Camping Parc des Maurettes

Negative: Outdated facilities. Some staff members, especially one, were unfriendly. Small pitches. No restaurant, no shop selling groceries, etc. on site, and no bread delivery service. Positive: Relatively inexpensive for the location. Bus and train within walking distance.

The campsite is laid out in terraces, and the location relative to the train station and the sea is excellent. The sanitary facilities are cleaned daily but date back to the 1970s; they really should bring them up to modern standards.

An oasis of calm in a busy area. A beautiful terraced campsite with spacious pitches and mature greenery. A park-like setting. Plenty of privacy. Sanitary facilities beautifully renovated and very clean. A free-to-access wellness area with 2 whirlpools and a counter-current pool. A campsite for exploring the surrounding area. Cycle along the coast on dedicated cycle paths. Antibes, Cannes, Nice. Or take the train to Monaco. For me, 4 days was enough.
