The site is unkempt. The pitches are uneven and mostly just clay and no grass. In rainy weather you can get stuck quickly. When we asked for a dry pitch, they didn't take the truth too seriously. We stayed there overnight to visit the city and were glad when we could leave the site.
3 stars because of its location in relation to the nice old town. This is easily accessible both by bicycle and on foot. The campsite is indeed a bit dingy, but everything worked properly (water perhaps a bit lukewarm), we thought the pitches were large enough and nice and sheltered. All in all, we would definitely come back here again! Oh yes: Contrary to what was stated in one of the previous reviews: This can be tapped for free at the sanitary unit!

The campsite makes a messy impression and if you have a spot at the back you will need a very long cord to tap electricity. Swimming pool good. Showers, just cold. We paid €22 without electricity. (bus camper 2 persons) Electricity €5 Water for tank €3.
