we did not spend the night but did use the sani station. You can lose gray and fill it with clean water. Correctly. The place to sleep is right in the center.

For an overnight stopover, it's perfectly OK. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a supply and disposal station is also available. the only downside is the main street but in power too not too loud.
