Camping les Tamaris/pausado

Great campsite with large pitches. The upper section has a view of the sea, which is nearby. Modern sanitary facilities, friendly reception, and a nice swimming pool. The campsite is still quite bare, so there is no shade. Not surprising, as the campsite was completely rebuilt after a major fire. Beautiful sandy beach nearby. Opportunities for cycling. Small shop next to the campsite where bread can be ordered.

A wonderfully peaceful spot at this time of year, spacious pitches each with water and electricity, super clean sanitary facilities with hot water at any time of day (removable shower heads!!!), very friendly welcome, small well-stocked supermarket open 7 days a week, great swimming cove directly across the road, access to the coastal hiking trail in both directions - what more could you want?! We'll be back!

A lovely and clean campsite in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The small pool was nice for a dip, but the seawater temperature was surprisingly pleasant even at this time of year, and it's just a short walk from the campsite. The shop around the corner was closed, but a little further on there's a good bakery, greengrocer, and a small supermarket.
