🌳 **Environment:** Live in the heart of a property of almost one hectare, largely wooded, offering a green setting without vis-à-vis. Wake up to the songs of birds, or to the echoes of the city and the highway below: you are definitely in the city! 🐶 **Pets welcome:** You will be in good company with a cat, three dogs, and three Toulouse geese already installed in the park. Sometimes we get visited by wilder creatures: a fox, a badger... and once, a whole litter of wild boars. 🏊 **Swimming pool:** Access to the 50m² heated swimming pool in season, from May to September, with free access during July and August. 🍳 **Restoration:** Enjoy the comfort of having your breakfast, lunch or dinner, either directly at the studio or at the on-site bar.
