Camping Durlach

We were here on August 31st and it wasn't busy. We received a friendly welcome. The pitches were spacious. The sanitary facilities were clean but limited, although we weren't bothered by the occupancy. We had a bite to eat at the (simple, average) Italian restaurant just outside the campsite.

It's an easy stopover on your way through, and the staff does their best, but it's a bit of a makeshift solution. There are far too few restrooms, and the showers are especially cramped, with very limited space for dishwashing. Check-out is only possible the same day from 7:30 AM, which means you'll be queuing in the morning. Not very convenient. Pitches are spacious, and the pool is great (discounted tickets available at reception).
