No arrivals before 1 p.m. are permitted. After that, however, everything runs very smoothly. You receive a pitch number, and a staff member escorts you to your pitch by bicycle. The restaurant team is also well-coordinated. You order and pay, take your drinks with you, and the food is brought to your table. Important: find an available table beforehand and provide the table number when ordering. There are plenty of sanitary facilities, and they are always clean.

Very large campsite with large, level pitches. You are politely escorted to your pitch (after checking in). Fantastic, modern sanitary facilities. Ample washing-up facilities. Impressive how well they keep it so clean. Reception, shop, and restaurant orders are in one room. I found that a bit chaotic. The food is very good and not expensive. The terrace is pleasant by the water. Bamberg can be reached by bike within 15 minutes via a beautiful park along the water.
