A meadow parking lot next to the almost empty house. Mains water and electricity a few meters away. sea access. Connection to the environment via a train station, a landing stage for ferries and a bus stop, all about 10 minutes away on foot. From the parking space you can walk about 100 m down to the lake shore and swim there. Large meadow and small forest in the garden. Instruction on day 1. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. Tents, caravans and mobile homes or vans desired. Parking space available for one car.
