It is not really clear which of the places are intended for WoMo. And the V/E pillar is also placed very unhappily. But for everything free including 2x electricity you shouldn't complain. Especially outside of the outdoor pool season it doesn't really matter where you stand, the parking lot is almost empty anyway... Good walking paths in the area.
