Camping Pielenhofen

We were allowed to choose our own spot upon arrival (early August). There were still plenty of spots available along the river. The "busy road" behind the river is actually quite manageable. The restrooms were spotless, and the food on the terrace was excellent. There's not a huge amount to do at the campsite, but it's a nice spot. They don't have a debit card, not anywhere on the campsite. So bring cash.

Busy. In mid-August, there's a constant coming and going of guests. The restaurant can barely keep up. The restrooms are OK. The distance to Regenburg is manageable. Electricity is charged separately.
