Wohnmobilhafen Rottenbuch - Terrassen-Camping am Richterbichl

Stayed here at the end of September 2025, but the bistro was closed without notice. At the campsite, we were crammed into a small spot between other campers and hedges, with no view whatsoever. Further on, everything was empty, but when I inquired, they said that was for caravans, not campers. A surly welcome, with only cash payment. The busy road is quite noisy during the day. The sanitary facilities are fine, with 6A electricity.

We stayed in a separate campervan site. It was fully equipped. Good value for money. Beautiful cycling surroundings. Wieskirchen is highly recommended.

We booked this campsite with a VTV (pre-booked campsite). When we arrived, the manager suddenly seemed clueless, but we were given a spot in the middle section. We did have to wait a while for it to become available. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless. The swimming pond was also very nice. The village has little to offer other than the beautiful monastery, but if you've brought your bike, the Schönegger Käse Alm cheese farm is highly recommended.
