Wohnmobil Stellplatz Steiner

A very idyllic and well-maintained spot! The staff are friendly and welcoming! We felt incredibly comfortable and would love to come back! There's absolutely nothing to complain about, even if some people do! ...

Once you've navigated the treacherous, potholed track leading to the property, you'll find a very well-maintained campsite, used by a mix of caravans and motorhomes. Primarily a transit site, therefore quite noisy! There's a surcharge of €4 for just one night, bringing the total to €30 per vehicle. Electricity costs €0.80 per kWh, and showers (3 minutes) cost €2. And in this "Bavarian digital age," payment is only accepted in cash. The whole process is cumbersome!

We stayed at this campsite for 1 night (€30, cash only). The location is fine, a 20-minute bike ride from Lake Chiemsee. There is no hot water for washing dishes. There is only 1 ladies' and 1 men's toilet, which is insufficient for the number of pitches. We found showering for €2 for 3 minutes to be quite expensive. Otherwise, the campsite grounds are perfectly fine, with plenty of play space for children.
