Perfect location for exploring Berlin by bike! Highly recommended. We cycled all over Berlin, very doable, no public transport needed. A gated area, to which you receive the key with a €20 deposit. Water: €0.10 per liter, electricity included, showers €2 for every 4 minutes. Toilet and shower facilities are perfectly manageable.

The owner filed a complaint with Google about my review. Contrary to Google reviews, the campervan site was full upon arrival around 12:30. That can happen, but a two-night site that the booking system claimed was available wasn't actually available, according to the owner. Suddenly, the gate closed for lunch, and we were nearly locked in. We were let out with a sullen look on our faces.

Four stars, not because of the bathrooms or friendly reception, but because it's the perfect base for exploring Berlin by bike. Online booking was no longer possible (and we couldn't reach them by phone), but we managed to secure a spot around 11:00 AM. Payment in cash: €114 for 3 nights, including electricity, and a €20 deposit for the gate key. Condensation is causing the shower to become wet. The toilet is okay (in a sort of shed).
