Zur Perle

Nice place, good price. Nice town. We had a delicious meal at the football clubhouse 👍. The droppings scattered on the pitch (see previous review) are goose poop; we saw quite a few geese.

We've been to this camper site several times before, it's a beautiful spot, but unfortunately the area was littered with dog poop. It's a shame that some dog owners don't feel the need to clean it up.

I didn't see a "Perle" sign anywhere, but it's a real gem here, especially the village of Hirschhorn. The bike path to Eberbach was easy. The other way was a bit less so. The restaurant resembles a sports clubhouse, but the food was delicious and inexpensive. Because of the rain, we stood on the concrete for fear of getting stuck otherwise. (It wasn't too bad after all.)
