Camping Prahljust

Excellent campsite with a friendly and helpful reception. The sanitary facilities are a bit dated, but everything is neat and clean. The immediate surroundings were a bit disappointing—lots of barren forests and little activity. Our advice: drive a little further into the Harz mountains, for example towards the gorge (Bodetal), it's really worth it there. Note: the price on Campercontact is no longer accurate; in the low season (winter), we paid €31 including ACSI.

Large campsite with plenty of space to choose from (end of August). Friendly owners. Payment upon departure. Showers are included in the price. There's a restaurant next door that also offers bread service. The only downside, beyond the owners' control, is that foxes have taken a pair of slippers from both of us.

Nice campsite but a bit dated. Price per night is 33 euros and not 21 anymore.
