Stover Strand Camping

The pitches are all quite uneven, the water and waste disposal facilities are very chaotic, and the price is completely disproportionate. There are countless such campsites in Sweden and along the Moselle River.

The first row is right on the Elbe River, but in my opinion the price is unjustified, especially at €57 for one night in the off-season. Even though the pitch includes all the sanitary facilities at the campsite, it's still too expensive.

Beautiful spots by the beach. There is no shower at the motorhome pitch; showering is mandatory at the main campsite and is free. The dishwashing water is cold at the motorhome pitch; we were at pitch 68. You can only pay for electricity via a pole (€0.50) (we find this a bit old-fashioned, or put up a change machine); not everyone carries that much 50 cents with them. Beautiful surroundings for walking or renting a boat. We hope to come back again. €53 for 2 nights.
