We stayed here for two nights in October. You can only pay for one day with cash. Antediluvian! In the early morning hours, it's noisy from container trucks arriving and departing. The view is of freight and tank cars destined for scrap. Ugly! It's beyond sad that the city of Hamelin has neglected its waterline to the Weser River. The waste disposal system needs improvement. There was no water for the cassette flushing system.

Great location. Very quiet at night. You can park for 8 hours for 3 euros. 9 euros for 24 hours. Beautiful town.
