More like a fully self-sufficient self-sufficiency. Very quiet. Away from everything and everyone. There is absolutely nothing in the place. Electricity 1 € / 8h.

The only thing missing is one disposal option. Recommendation: Every 1st Sunday of the month during the holiday season there is the country women’s market at the Seefelder Mühle - it's a walk of approx. 1 km to get there.
