I don't think the 25€ for one night is justified. The overnight rate runs from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am and the toilets open only at 8:00 am ... I think the problem is recognizable. However, I found the location of the parking lot not bad (very close to the beach) and also it was quite quiet (ie, you could sleep well through), so there were then but still 2 stars.
