Ample paid parking. Services include paid water. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The fully renovated Prora can be visited by bike. The visitor center is interesting; it clearly shows what it used to be like.

Apart from the price (€25,- for an overnight stay without electricity and without toilet) this is a great place to stay. There is a sani column. We were not bothered by the road; you are on the cycle path to Prora and Sassnitz. Walking distance to the fashionable Binz; the beach and the Boulevard are worth it. The place is ideally located for sightseeing in the city. We wanted to spend the night here, but we moved on after our stroll through the city. The surroundings reminded us too much of a "backyard" in an industrial area. The parking fee for almost 3 hours was €9.
