€18.00 per night for a portable toilet, payable by coins only. At 7:00 a.m. on weekends, the public order office drives around and issues tickets.

Paying at the machine indeed means you should have 18 euros in coins ready (the card payment function is apparently broken). But... feel free to park without paying. Around 19:00 someone will come by to whom you can pay with cash. It is a perfect spot by the water to stay for the night.

Beautiful spot by the water. You do need to have 18 euros in coins with you to pay at a machine. But as soon as dusk falls, the mosquitoes appear; they are hungry and there are a lot of family members.
