Good place to stay. We didn't need water and electricity, so we can't rate that either, we felt safe and slept peacefully.

Dirty. Disposal does not work. There are no longer toilets or showers. Loud: a truck starts at 3:00 a.m. and lets the engine run for 1/2 hour.
