A simple, great place, quiet, with parking available. A short walk into town. A friendly groundskeeper comes by to collect your fees.

Simple, functional STP. Sometimes a bit of noise from the nearby airport, but it's the same at the airport. Nice bike paths, Aldi and other supermarkets nearby. Everything's perfect for €8 + €2 for electricity. The groundskeeper comes in the evening to collect the rent.
