Impressive CP! With your camper between the colossal excavators. We were there for three days. Very friendly staff. On Saturday evening the machines were illuminated. It was like dreaming about spaceships. Top location!

Review only applies to camping, not Ferropolis: As of 25.7: Camping / parking space is closed. Only possible in connection with special events. Pity! Disposal passed on. Overnight stay on an upstream gravel parking lot (1.5km) without anything is possible.

Information
Germany needs camping space this summer - and we will do it: it is now allowed to camp on FERROPOLIS - with a tent, camper or mobile home. In the middle of the museum, surrounded by five gigantic opencast mining equipment and on the shores of Lake Gremmin, our guests can expect the most unusual camping experience this summer. Industrial culture with a difference! Camping by the water in the middle of the World Heritage region.
