They have increased the price to €20 per night. you can only pay by coins at the machine so I had my €12 euros ready but didn’t have enough change for the new price. Had a very loud knock on the door at 6.55am for the money which as much as I understand they want to catch people before they try and leave without paying it’s not a sociable time! if the machine took card then there would be no need for it. Not worth the new price.

Beautiful surroundings. The camper site is paved, but definitely not level. You have to dispose of your trash somewhere behind the hotel. You have to order sandwiches a day in advance. There's no way to refill water bottles at the camper site.

The campsite is a good starting point for hikes. But you should be prepared for a few "quirks." The operator charged €5 in cash for a 70-liter water refill. It must have been Danzig Goldwasser. There are two lockable electrical outlets. I had electricity for three days, only for lighting and charging the battery. The refrigerator runs on gas only. I was charged 24.5 kW. Normally, 2-3 kW is used during the day. So read the meter at the start and end of your stay.
