Caravaning am Elsterstausee

It's peaceful to stand and cycle to Leipzig. It's a shame there's no information board, for example, where the bus stops or where you can catch the boat to Leipzig, as stated on their website. We found our way to Leipzig using our own information/mobile phone, but still... it would be nice. Beautiful surroundings with lots of waterfowl. Make sure you have cash or the app to pay.

Quiet location 11 km outside Leipzig. No amenities, not even a trash can. €8 for a back pitch without amenities is expensive.

Beautiful, quiet RV park. Great location near Lake Cospuden. No waste disposal facilities, but it's understandable that it's in a nature reserve. Small snack bar, open Saturday and Sunday.
