Dear Büsum, we've always loved being here... but we've noticed that we're not welcome as campers. Besides the tourist tax rip-off, the site only accepts cash payments... simply out of touch.

Anyone who meets this groundskeeper will definitely not be coming back. She yells at you about how difficult it is to walk because you didn't pick up the dog's mess quickly enough, and the bag was already in your hand. Unbelievable! We've never experienced anything like that in 30 years of camping. We won't be back.

We regularly drove from Pinneberg to Büsum to spend the weekend there. With the increased tourist tax, even charging for the day of departure is a disgrace. The city of Büsum is a rip-off. The operator, Mr. S.C., can't be blamed. They obviously don't want RV drivers here. As retirees, we can hardly afford to be ripped off by the city anymore. Even the parking lot across the street has increased significantly.
