Camping Bekas

What a lovely campsite with beautiful spots by the sea. No fences or anything like that. Friendly manager. Clean and complete sanitary facilities. Fresh bread. There are indeed squat toilets, but also plenty of regular toilets. The restaurant was unfortunately closed. A charming fishing village.

Nice campsite with modern facilities, excellent restaurant. Friendly and helpful campsite owner. He managed to prevent us from damaging our camper van by his attentiveness.

We stayed here for 10 days at the end of October. The campsite has many advantages, the location right on the sea, very nice managers and the town of Epidavros is a good half hour walk away. A big disadvantage is the sanitary facilities that are really completely out of date. Calcified showers, squat toilets. No longer up to date! Many Greek campsites now offer new or modernized sanitary facilities and that should be priority number one at Bekas.
