Protoraki Taverna

This is where authentic Greek life unfolds. Typical dishes are served, and meze accompanies every alcoholic drink. The staff is incredibly friendly. There's a beautiful view, and with a bit of luck, you might even hear spontaneous live music.

Located at 600 m in the mountains. 10 km via a small mountain road (10 km) from Route 6/E92. Easily manageable with a 7.5 m camper. Beautiful views all around. Free, but fantastic food in the Tavern; Alexis and Matoula cook wonderfully, Greek but not traditional. They speak little English, but their friend Mathieu handles that perfectly. The route there is beautiful. No facilities, but there is a toilet in the Tavern.
