Camping Arena

We were there at the end of October and had a pitch in the back. The pitches are partly gravel, partly grass. The sanitary facilities there are quite new/modern. They were cleaned daily even though there were only a few campers in that area. We arrived after 8 pm without a reservation. No problem at this time of year. The reception staff were friendly and spoke good English. There is no bread delivery service. Price per night: 26,000 HUF (approx. €72): Motorhome, 3 adults + 1 child

A nice campsite to stay at; when we were there, plenty of choice for pitches, with or without grass or shade. There are 2 sanitary buildings, one new and one old, both clean and with everything you need. Excellent public transport connections at approx. 500 meters, and shops for daily necessities are also nearby. It is easy to empty the chemical toilet, discharge grey water, and fill with fresh water.

Very good site with good access to city. Bus outside on main road to Metro station then Metro to city centre. All explained on welcome letter. Pitches are mostly large. Train noise could be a problem for some. Sanitary facilities very good.
