Camping Varmahlíð

Great place for an overnight stay. They come by in the evening for payment. Spacious, sheltered pitches. Sanitary facilities were okay.

Great place with all amenities. When we were there, young people singing/shouting loudly until deep into the night.

Great location with nice bathrooms, but I don't understand the sometimes negative reviews. This is exactly what we campers are looking for. No reception, but all the amenities and wonderfully quiet. Gas station, supermarket, restaurant within walking distance, and a swimming pool nearby. We had great weather and enjoyed the view.
