O'Briens Cashel Lodge and Camping Park

Fantastic. The owner was surprised by the turnout. She doesn't advertise, after all. I showed her the app, and she was pleasantly surprised. From your bed, you can look out onto a ruin (at least we do) and you're at the foot of the Rock of Cashel. Visit early to avoid the busloads.

Beautiful small-scale campsite with 10 places for the camper. 5 stars because the view is beautiful and the campsite is in the town, close to the sights.

Great place to stay overnight. There are few places, so calling is recommended. Another alternative is The Apple Farm 11 km away. The cathedral is within walking distance and worth a visit. There is also a beautiful view of the campsite from above. Sanitary facilities simple but clean. Owners are very friendly. Overnight costs €30 plus €5 for electricity.
