Camping La Genziana

Beautiful and well-maintained terraced campsite. Easily accessible for campers. Level and hard-packed pitches and plenty of privacy. Facilities are good and clean, but a bit dated.

A lovely campsite where you can truly relax. The campsite owner, Marco, is very helpful; he and his father know everything about walks and tours. The sanitary facilities are clean, a bit dated but functional. There's a minimarket and restaurant in the town. We had a wonderful few days here, in a beautiful area with authentic towns and stunning scenery. Marco's father entertained us with his unique and enthusiastic stories. They speak good English.

Lovely campsite near the beautiful village of Barrea. Friendly owners, especially the older man is very special, also speaks English. In the bar many photos of 'giro d'Italia'. Campsite has many drinking water points, camper service available, sanitary facilities are basic. In the village is a mini market and restaurants. We were there for 4 nights.
