Camping Villa Paradiso

It was truly awful here, we really don't understand the positive reviews. Small pitches, the awning could barely be extended, and there was nothing to do in the area within walking distance. But that wasn't so bad: the restrooms were so terribly dirty that we didn't want to use them. We left after a night of screeching tires.

Beautiful spot with a sea view, friendly welcome. Clean bathrooms, though a bit dated, but that seems to be normal in southern Italy. Restaurants within walking distance, supermarket 1 km away. During the season, a bread roll service is also available at the bar and mini-market.

The campsite has a few nice spots, but many are right next to a noisy road. When we arrived, only the ones along the road were available. We were told we could move the next day if something became available. The next day, almost all the spots were free, but still no chance. Suddenly, we were told the computer program wouldn't allow it. We offered to check out and check back in, but this was refused without explanation. We left.
