Campo dei Rocchi

Fine for a camper pitch, but unfortunately we were parked directly in the sun. And many pitches are in the sun. The staff just goes about their business—quite a lot of them, actually—and lacks involvement or friendliness. The sanitary facilities are basic, but not top-notch, nor are they super clean. It is right by the sea, though, and you can reach the charming town in no time by bike.

Beautiful, well-organized, enclosed camper site; we were warmly welcomed and shown around. It is wonderfully quiet here, right by the sea, with a beautiful boulevard and many restaurants nearby. We were allowed to choose our own spacious pitch for €20 per night; showering costs €1. Everything is provided, basic but super clean. We were pleasantly surprised and decided to stay longer than planned.

August €42, I think it's too expensive for what it offers. There are sufficient pitches (but not enough privacy), expensive showers (for what you pay, they could have been free). Anyway, as a serviced area, it's well-maintained, but I repeat, it's not €42.
