Actually, between 3 and 4 stars. Quiet location on the edge of the village. Cafes and restaurants, as well as picnic areas and green spaces, are also nearby. Amenities: minimal

Free Sosta with some shade, marked parking bays with picnic benches behind & free dump/ fresh area. Quiet overnight, was full by evening, ideal for Ferrari museum & Pavarotti house. We stopped after a day visit in Modena to save overnighting in the city, this being quieter & safer feel. Good Laundry few mins drive into town!

It is a quiet place to sleep. We only stayed here overnight and did not use the facilities. You can drain grey water and there is also a tap but I did not try it. One bar is open at 6am, the other at 6:30am.
