It is a big normal parking lot. No infrastructure (toilet, etc.). The parking lot is located near the city center, so that you can go for a walk on the ice in the evening. Only a few cars drive at night -> relatively quiet. Whether one may stand here longer? May be. The only downside is that the whole place is sloping. So drive-up wedges necessary.
